Image has no travel charge when the round-trip to/from your wedding is within 100 miles of Orlando, FL. For car trips that are between 101 and 500 miles round-trip, the charge is $.50/mile for every mile over 100, plus tolls.

If we need to travel over 100 miles in one direction and arrive prior to 10 am, we require an overnight stay prior to the wedding day. If travel exceeds 150 miles in one direction and the event is over at midnight or later, we require an overnight stay on the day of the wedding.

The Image Team has travelled across America and Mexico to photograph and/or video weddings. We are happy to accommodate any request for travel in or out of the country.
